Streams & Dreams sits on a wooded acre with a year-round creek out back. Two stories, ~5,100 sq ft of indoor and outdoor space, and enough going on that nobody has to leave: pickleball, basketball, a game room with pool and shuffleboard, a hot tub, and a playset for the littles.

Cooking a meal covers planning + groceries for the whole crew (25 of us, sized kid-heavy). The outdoor kitchen has a gas grill, fridge, and ice maker; inside seats 12 at the table + island, outside seats 20 at the picnic tables.

Each family's share is $936 — a $564 deposit plus a $372 final payment due by Monday, August 17, so everything's settled and in the account ahead of the cabin's final billing on the 20th.
